The Edge at City Park

An extensive renovation project turning what used to be a three story office building and adjacent parking lot into a 42,000 SF multi-family apartment project. The residential buildings were built on an existing basement and a new 16,000 SF parking garage. The existing office building skeletal structure was all kept and re-used in place and two stories were added above it. The new building was built over the parking garage and a glass bridge connects the two structures together.
